Here some course subjects that you will learn if you decide to study nursing, in which all nursing education programs include courses like biology, chemistry, anatomy, nutrition, physiology, microbiology, psychology, nursing and other behavioural sciences.
You will start with courses like Biology which is the science of life which studies the characteristics and behaviours of organisms, and Chemistry that is the science of matter which studies the substance’s composition and their characteristics and reactions.
Biochemistry is the science which studies reactions occurring in the human body, and also in the individual chemical components.
Anatomy studies the components of body like bones, muscles, organs, etc. and physiology will teach you how they function in the living organisms; pathophysiology will inform you how they work to reaction from disease or injury.
Microbiology will teach you about the microscopic forms of life that live around, on, and inside us, including the good bugs and bad bugs, which are some essential for our health and others unnecessary like bacteria, viruses, parasites, and other pathogens that can cause infectious illness.
In nutrition you'll learn how the diets can help or obstruct our health, in which you’ll have a clear idea about correct nutrition for a person including vitamins, minerals, proteins, and fats.
In psychology lesson you'll learn how mental states and social environments of people can affect to their wellness or illness.
